I consider myself a Professional Dieter. There is not a diet plan out there, with the exception of surgical procedure...got to draw the line somewhere, I haven't tried. This plan has worked for so many people I know, I'm game. What's the saying " In for a pound, in for a penny". Well they got my pennies and next they can have my pounds.
