I'm a 45 year old woman weighing in at 211.2 at 5'9". I have been slowly but surely packing on the weight for the past 10 years, I've tried many other plans, pills, read many books but have never been a success story. This is my first day of the protocol, I am ready to finally take control and am looking for creative ways to make my meals.
