My Story:
Did very well on IP 3 years ago but with life, college and not exercising I gained all the weight back. My body responds very well to IP and once I lose this extra 60 lbs I really want to adhere to this way of eating. I feel better, I look better and I have more confidence in my self at my healthy weight. Ideal Protein works for me.
