Terry Metcalf

I am 61, happily married & we have 7 children & 30 grandchildren. I am 40-50 lbs. overweight. I have tried every diet there is & had decided to give up. Then I saw someone I hadn't seen for awhile & asked her what she had done. She told me about Ideal Protein. I decided to try one more time to lose the weight. If it worked for her then maybe it would work for me. I have lost 8 lbs. in 10 days & I am committed to sticking with it. Keeping my fingers crossed!
