My Story:
I am 60 y.o. Have been on IP for 41/2 months. Have lost 43 lbs. Have not cheated. Looking for a little variation for nighttime meal. Still have 60 lbs. to go. This is the first diet that provides me with a steady weight loss, and so far no plateau. Very encouraging.
