My Story:
I did put on to many kilos in the past few months, because of a lots of changes in my life and a lots of stress. So I end up eating really badly so I went to an Ideal Protein centre for a kick start in the right direction. I want to loose 20 pounds, after 1 months 10 are gone! I am staying focus on thé right direction.
