I've struggled with my weight for years and found it nearly impossible once going through breast cancer treatments. Stumbled across this diet through a friend and decided to give yet another diet a try - swearing it would be my last before I said "It just is what it is". To my delight this has been the only diet that worked for me in the 10 years (@ the time - now 14) that has worked for me! I couldn't believe the weight just kept coming off!
