My Story:
Been on a diet most of my life . . . started I.P. April 21st, 2014 when at my highest weight ever.
Over the years I have lost and gained over a 100 pounds (more than once). The roller coaster stops now!
To date I have not felt hunger on I.P. and I've not cheated!! The weight loss is going well and I'm confident that this time it will be permanent! Cheers!
