I'm a 36 yr.old female I have been overweight all my life. I have tried every diet and weight loss infomercial. I recently joined a weight loss clinic that specializes in resting the pancreas, by eating and drinking Ideal Protein products. I'm making the adjustments and losing weight and inches. My first week I lost 5lbs and 11 inches. In one week I went from wearing a 24 to a 20, due to inches lost. This diet will be the last diet I ever try, because it's a life change, not a diet.
