I started the Ideal Protein program on February 1st and things have been going wonderfully. I feel so blessed to have been introduced to Ideal Protein as I am already noticing differences after just two weeks. I notice that I feel stronger and I also move with more confidence. It's a wonderful feeling. I am very proud of myself for making this lifestyle change and I'm excited to be able to join a community of others who share my journey.
