Ive tried almost every diet known. Im 48 years old and the struggle is getting harder with arthritis in the knees and hips. I have an amazing boyfriend who had been on medication for type 2 diabetes and high cholestrol. He along with some of his coworkers are progressing wonderfully with the Ideal Protein Plan. My boyfriend has surpassed me in regards to his energy level and we just booked a vacation and my goal is to have just as much energy as him by succeeding with the Ideal Protein Plan.
