I have tried so many diets and been to so many W W meetings, they know me by my name when I go in. They say, "Hi Linda!! Are you going to try us again". :( Not too much fun. But I checked into the Ideal Protein plan and thought maybe this is the right one for me. I have only been on it a week, but already feel better and am encouraged by all the support I get from my consultant. She's great! I am going to need a lot more encouraging, but I think I can do this. My husband and family are super supportive and are cheering me on every step of the way. So....., here comes the "BAM - Pounds GONE"!!!!!
