My Story:
I am a 50 yo lady with a 12 year old son. I still have not lost all of my pregnancy weight (85#s). I started the IP diet three weeks ago and am down 10.4 pounds and 7.5 inches. I dislike vegetables, so I don't get my full four cups in, and I have "cheated" and had things that are restricted. So, I am scouring the web looking for recipes to help me on my journey. Here's hoping I am cute by Christmas!
