Started Ideal Protein 5 months ago, have lost 61 lbs. Still a long way to go but confident I can do it this time. Have tried many other weight loss methods, have lost weight but never kept it off and was always hungry. On this plan, I feel great and am not starving all the time. I am so grateful.
