With having an underactive thyroid, low adrenals and hormones that weren't balanced, it was impossible for me to lose weight. It was like swimming against the tide so to speak. I had been thin all my life until I had all of these changes happen to my body. I honestly didnn't believe this diet would work but boy was I wrong. I lost 20 lbs. and the inches were just astonishing. Even lost inches in my back area. Everytime I got measured, I was losing inches quicker than the pounds so it was very noticeable. Needless to say, I love this diet, love the food and REALLY love the results!
