I am a 61 year old English teacher at an alternative high school - I have been on almost every diet out there over the years and done the yo-yo life style for most of my life. 5 weeks ago I was ill with very high blood pressure and was told I needed to be put on a restricted diet I could do on my own or one with guidance - I chose guidance - I started out at 212lbs this time - have lost 17lbs in my first month and I am looking forward to being healthy, happy, and ready to enjoy a full and active life with my new baby grandson!
