I started Ideal Protein diet the Thursday before the Super Bowl, 2013. I went to a party and survived. I knew if I could make it through situations like that I was going to succeed. I am 14 pounds from goal and feel great. There are times that I almost don't recognize myself. I will have lost 76 pounds when I reach goal. I am committed to continuing to eat much like this when I reach my goal weight.
