Grandma Patti

I turned 62 in May of this year and am tired of hauling this extra weight around....not to mention the elastic band pants that are now the norm not the exception. I do well when motivated by some program...well actually if I have to spend money on something. I live alone and although still working and actively socially although when I say socially it means eating and a few cocktails. I would like to be able to put on my jeans and a white shirt and although I will never be skinny I would like to rid myself of the black pants with the elastic band.
