I have 3 boys from 8 years old down to 2. Getting weight off has gotten increasingly harder. I've tried a few diets and lots of workouts but the only time I seemed to lose weight was when I was nursing my babies. As soon as I stopped the weight came back on plus some. I am trying to lose a total of 40lbs and so far at 4 weeks am down 12!!!
