Ive been on ideal protein for 3 1/2 months and have had a lot of success. I'm excited to keep going but the food is getting old and I'm looking for new variations of recipes. I'm a teacher and have put my job first and my personal well being second for too many years. I've decided it is time for a change. I'm taking back my life and my body.
