My Story:
6 months ago I finally seen the light! My new size 16 capris that I bought but never tried on in the store when I got them home would not fit around my waist! I said to myself THAT IS IT, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I joined Ideal Protein and have lost 40 lbs. I have met my goal loss but I would like to go another 10 lbs. But under my coaching they said to take a break and do my phase 2, 3 and 4 then decide after that if I need to lose the pounds.
