My Story:
Had wonderful success on IP 2 years ago, but was stupid enough to drop out once I reached my goal...BEFORE I had learned how to transition back into normal eating. Needless to say, over the course of 2 years, I've gained back every pound and added a few more. Want to get it right this time!
