Started on January 25th, very motivated to get off medication and be healthy. My beautiful grandbabies were my motivation. I needed to be alive to see them grow up. With the help of my coach and her encouragement, I very easily lost 67 pounds! It is now October and my 61st birthday and I am starting it as a new ideal woman. The transformation is jaw dropping and I am loving the reaction I get. Is it hard to give up so much people ask. No ecause I don't feel like I am giving something up I feel like I am getting a second change to live longer and healthier. I think my husband put it best when he said, "I feel like I'm cheating with you!" Thank you Ideal Protein. BTW, I have at least inspired about 30 other people to go on Ideal Protein. My husband lost 45 pounds, my son 10, my daughters about 25 each. Thanks again.
