Had vertical banded gastroplasty done in the 80's, gained all the weight back and more. Have lost 40 pounds since Oct. 2012, first 29 lbs., by eating 1300 calories a day, have been on Ideal Protein for three weeks, have lost another 11. I am 67 years old, have been overweight as long as I can remember.
