My Story:
Finished up the IP program a couple of months ago - 6 months on the program and lost 67 lbs. - down another 5 lbs since being on maintenance!! Still feeling cautious, but every week I feel a little more comfortable moving forward with my new lifestyle!! I'm also off my high blood pressure meds - after 25 years of taking pills daily. What a great feeling! Love the IP program and love telling my story.
