I am 30 years old and married. I have 2 kids, a daughter and a stepson. I have had cysts for 2 1/2 years and they have put me on all sorts of medicine to try to help with the pain and it made me gain weight. I have tried to eat better and exercise to get rid of the weight but nothing is working. I tried this diet before and it worked wonderfully so I am going back on it to lose weight again.
