I am coming up on the big 50. Realized I am currently the heaviest person in my family. I have had a lot of stress upon stress upon stress this past year and now know I am an emotional eater. After getting seriously sick and needing surgery, I feel that if I don't take care of myself now, then when would I. Since joining Ideal Protein through work at the start of the new year, I have lost 14 pounds and almost 4 inches. I already have more energy and found a new wardrobe in the back of my wardrobe. LOL. Down 2 pant sizes and one shirt size.
