I'm tired of being out of shape and uncomfortable. I lost a lot of weight before my wedding and felt great, but still wanted to lose more. Instead, I got busy and routines changed and I stopped paying attention to what I was eating and wasn't working out as much. I'm ready to make changes and get back into shape!
