Tired of Soggy Cereal? Introducing the Frankenfood You Never Knew You Needed: Cereal Pancakes!
Remember that childhood struggle? You pour your favorite sugary cereal, then that sadness washes over you as it gets soggy in the milk. Well, those days are over! This recipe is here to combine the best of both worlds: the fluffy joy of pancakes and the delightful crunch of cereal in a breakfast Frankenstein that will have your taste buds doing a happy dance (or maybe a confused jig).

So ditch the soggy spoon and grab a fork! These low-carb cereal pancakes are like a superhero cape for your boring breakfast routine. They'll fight off cravings, banish blandness, and leave you feeling like you conquered the kitchen (even if the only battle was with the urge to sneak in a few extra chocolate chips).

Introducing the ultimate undercover agent in the world of desserts: Low-Carb Protein Rice Pudding! It's like a stealthy ninja, sneaking into your menu without spiking your blood sugar levels. This pudding is so low-carb, it practically moonlights as a vegetable dish. Picture this: cauliflower rice, masquerading as its carb-heavy cousin, takes center stage, while almond milk adds a creamy twist. But wait, there's more! Vanilla protein powder swoops in like a superhero, ensuring you get that muscle-building boost. We sweeten the deal with monk fruit, so you can indulge guilt-free, knowing your taste buds are in on the low-carb conspiracy. Top it off with berries, nuts, and a sprinkle of whimsy, and you've got yourself a delicious dessert.

Picture this: a concoction so divine, even the salad greens do a little dance in anticipation. It's like sunshine trapped in a jar, with a touch of rebellion—because who said salads have to be boring, right? This vinaigrette is the life of the party, the smooth-talker at the salad bar, whispering sweet nothings of olive oil and vinegar romance. It's so velvety, it could moonlight as a spa treatment for your veggies, giving them a glamorous makeover one drizzle at a time. So get ready to dive into a sea of flavor, where every leaf is a willing participant in this tangy tango. This vinaigrette isn't just dressing; it's a dressing-down of blandness, a flavor fiesta, and a culinary adventure in a bottle. Bon appétit, my salad-loving amigos!

We went to Mexico for the first time some years ago and I was taken by the fresh salsa they served with every meal. This Salsa recipe is the closest I could find to the authentic Mexican dish we enjoyed on vacation.

The garlic and fine herb soy crisps are restricted. The sour cream and onion are non-restricted.

Dear Kim- I think you are mistaken or we have a misunderstanding. I asked my consultant and confirmed that the garlic ones are in fact Unrestricted. There are also sour cream ones? Sounds absolutely delicious. Enjoy!!

Hi Cancan, I think I misunderstood which one you were talking about. On my phase 1 sheet it says "Restricted Foods: All bars, soy puffs (sour cream and onion soy puffs are non restricted), chili, spaghetti, oatmeal, pancakes, soy nuts, salt and vinegar and bbq ridges, southwest cheese curls, dill pickle zippers, white cheddar ridges, wafers. Good luck , this is really a good protocol to follow. It really works

Yes, I read that sentence too!! I think product line changes because sour cream onion puffs are not sold at my center. At least I was never offered. They sound delicious. If you find the garlic ones I am talking about try them. There is plenty in the bag and they are yummy. I even crush them and add with turkey meatloaf or meatballs. Or I think you can coat chicken or zucchini with them and bake. yumm.

Thanks for the encouragement. Funny I have dinner guests tomorrow and was copying as few recipes from here. I heard that Cauliflower fried rice is yummy!

Thank you so much for your comment and your help. I appreciate it. I am hanging in here myself.

Hang in there, Cancan, I thought I'd never make it thru the first 4 days, but 4 months later I couldn't be happier or healthier. It was hard , I had a goal & willpower to make it thru, so set your mind & do your best YOU'RE WORTH IT! Your coach will help if you are with a clinic if not find one.

You have my prayers & thoughts of encouragement.
