My Story:
Started Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program 2 days ago ...so far its been good .Always had a weight problem ,have tried so many diets and nothing being successful .I know this can work as my Daughter went on it last year & have lost 55 lbs ,she is on her maintenance program & holding her own now for several months .I am 68 yrs old weighing over 200 lbs would like to lose at least 30 .
