My Story:
My Dr. Had to strengthen my blood pressure pills so knew I had to do something about my weight it had gradually gone up in 10 years. It is very had to start diets when one is older so turned to help with a rep. from Ideal protien. I am so glad I did it's difficult to do this without some help. I quite enjoy my time with my rep.
