Middle aged, remarried mother of one. Began gaining weight during difficult first marriage, gained 15 lbs when I quit smoking, gained another 25 after baby. First husband left and I continued on this path of poor health and poor eating. My second husband enjoys dining out and evening cocktails and another 30 lbs followed me. Now 80-90 lbs over ideal weight and on meds for various health issues. After a serious scare with cancer last year I have decided to make the best of my second chance in life. I will start by improving my health and losing the weight. I am confident I can do this program and maintain a long healthy lifestyle.
