My Story:
I am a mother of 2, and for the past 10 years I have gained 60 pounds. I need to start taking care of myself now that my kids are more self sufficient.. time to CORRECT the damage that I have done, (that is how I look at going thru phase 1 . So I am hoping that over the next several weeks to start melting away
