My Story: 

Was fit before I had kids but worked out every night, walked/ran every day and did aerobics, kids came, went back to school, started working as a graphic designer where I sit all day, and just stopped eating right…trying to get back on track. So far, I've lost 9 pounds in the first 3 weeks…yay…my goal is 60-67 pounds and I've been searching for recipes for variation. It's been hard but good. The first week hurt bad…I was not a happy camper at all and thought about dropping out…second week not so bad, but every muscle in my body hurt…like I was PMS all week even through I wasn't and I have been more emotional and my skin broke out.. Ending third week and my hormones are settling down and skin is starting to get smoother again…still a bit emotional…maybe b/c I relied on food emotionally before? Not sure. I miss the stuff I used to eat but I'm finding out just how horrible of an eater I was and I'm looking to change that. Glad to have found this message board..Hooray!
