I work in an office of three. Both my coworkers were experiencing fantastic results on IP. I tried every diet out there for the last 15 years and had been working out, with no results. Seeing my coworkers success, I thought "I'll give it a try. This will be my last diet. No more after this. Just deal with the weight if it didn't work." We'll, this will be my last diet. I've lost 23 pounds in 4 weeks! Another 15 to 20 to go. I'll be all set for Hawaii!
