I started ideal protein not just for weight loss but to help with health issues as well.
I am a diabetic on all kinds of pills that are supposed to make me better.
All they have done is keep me fat.
Since starting the program I have weaned myself off almost every med. and have cut my insulin amount( I took night time only) in half. I hope to be off that soon too. My blood sugars have never been this good. I couldn't control them with the meds., but now I am running 5's and 6's all the time. It is really amazing to me.
