My Story:
I just decided it was time for ME! I have 3 busy teenage daughters and I am a teacher. I just haven't felt good about myself in a long time. I want to help me girls be good life long eaters and I decided this is right for me. I am on day 4 and it is getting better. The first 3 days were REALLY hard, but I have too much invested to quit--now I'm looking for yummy recipes to keep me going.
