Started with Ideal Protein plan. Saw the last overweight picture of me that I am going to see. I'm 51 and tired of being too old for my age and too out of shape. I also tried to get life insurance and the premium quadrupled because the representative told me that I was morbidly obese. I am 5'9" and weigh 211 pounds. I'm looking for menu items that are good to eat and good for me.
