Joined Ideal Protein last week after facing the fact that I was obviously not losing on my own...the scale continued to climb. My sister & her friend in IA joined & I'm encouraged by their success thus far. This is the first time I'm truly sticking to a plan & am encouraged that I will succeed. I was on the program 4 years ago lost 30 lbs--problem was I never phased out...became over confident & began enduring thinking I'll return to the program which I failed to do until last week when warm weather began & I have -0- to wear & refuse to purchase a larger size again. Doing great so far & intend to make my story a personal success!
