My name is Lisa and i'm excited to be apart of this fantastic Ideal Protein life change. I've always been a little over weight (so I thought. I'm a very muscular girl where a lot of the eight on the scale comes from) and a very active person but could never keep up the motivation to keep up my diet and exercise routines. I'm here today to happily say that i'm almost at my ideal weight.
