I've tried every diet there is, I want to loose 60 pounds! I use to be very atlethic and thin but because of stress and lifestyle changes that all changed. Alot of people think it's hard when your already big and trying to loose weight but I think it's worse when you onced loved how you looked, had it all and let it slip away because you love food too much. I'm hoping to really make a difference in peoples lives once I can prove this works and I stayed focus. All in all that pretty much sums up my story:)
