My Story:
Started on Ideal Protein Diet in November of 2014. After seeing my results my husband started a few weeks later. We are enjoying this experience together. We love to try all the different products and recipes. Just last night my husband was telling our daughter that this is the best diet he has ever been on. Hopefully our daughter will join us soon.
