My Story:
This is a big year for me. Two of our children are getting married this summer and I turn 60 in October. I just decided it was time to make some life changes. I have struggled with my weight for 30 years and decided NO MORE! Weighed in today, week #7, and am down 22 lbs. 60 lbs from my goal, which I hope to hit by the time I turn 60.
