I started IP in Jan. 2013. I lost 27 pounds and put back about 10. I am trying to find the balance between phase 1 and phase 4 because I am aan all or nothing type girl. The 27 was overkill and the 10 I gained makes me uncomfortable. I really only have 7 lbs to lose.
