My name is Corina i'm 57, have been over weight for 30 yrs. i always made an excuse for not being able to loose the weight and heard the myth of the older you are your metabolism quits working or slows down to the point of not being able to loose the weight, well now at 57 and being introduced to this program and attending an Ideal Protein meeting and seeing how someone older had lost weight i thought if she can do it, i most certainly can too, so i've lost 55lbs it hasn't been easy as i'm sure it's not for anyone but it's a life time plan and that's how i look at it, Ideal Protein works if you stick to the plan with no detours.
