I was a certified personal trainer, dance coach and instructor before I got pregnant. I gained much more weight than what should have been possible given my background, but I have had major problems getting it back off. I've tried everything that should have worked and nothing did. I'm now trying the Ideal Protein plan and hoping that this will help take the weight off, reset my body and help me get back to where I was before.
